  • "Hi Sasha: Believe me, I'm disappointed with the shipping charges as well! I'm sorry but I really can't go down on what I offered -- I spent a lot to redo them and the price offered is firm."

    April 13, 2016, 1:50 p.m.

  • "I just made a counter offer that I hope you can accept. Believe me, if I didn't have to incur the additional costs of having them shipped, re upholstered and repainted, I would not be trying to save money here, but I am stuck with my budget constraints. I hope you understand where I'm coming from because I know these stools will be perfect for my project and I would hate to miss out on them. I truly appreciate your time and consideration."

    April 13, 2016, 12:24 a.m.

  • "The offer I made did not include the UPS shipping price you quoted me. I wasn't sure how to select that option since it only allowed me to choose between Chairish white glove or pick up, so I selected pick up and can pay you additionally for the UPS shipping. Thanks again for all your help and I hope this will work out!"

    April 12, 2016, 3:24 p.m.

  • "art en object:Thank you for getting me that info. I'm totally shocked at the price from UPS, it's nearly the same as white glove delivery from Chairish. I would like to buy the stools, but will need to have them refinished and reupholstered so I need to find a way to make this economically feasible. Have you ever sent things through Grayhound? Thanks for your help. I'd really like to make this work and would like to make you an offer, are you flexible on price at this point?"

    April 11, 2016, 6:54 p.m.

  • "Hi there. The quote I got from UPS for packing, insurance and shipping to the zip code you provided is $350."

    April 11, 2016, 2:17 p.m.

  • "Hello, I hope you had a nice trip! Please let me know what the shipping quote will be through UPS or whatever means would be most economical, the zip again is 94133. I look forward to your response. Thanks so much!"

    April 11, 2016, 11:26 a.m.

  • "art en object: Thank you, I do look forward to getting the shipping quote when you return then. Kind regards"

    April 5, 2016, 10:33 p.m.

  • "Sasha S.: oh that's too bad! i will get you a quote, but will wait until after i return since you don't plan to purchase them for this project (I'm scrambling to get out of town!). they are 16" from side to side...just for your records. thanks!"

    April 5, 2016, 5:12 p.m.

  • "Thank you for the information though I'm disappointed about the size, such great pieces. I may be able to use them on a different project perhaps, but they would need to be refinished and unfortunately reupholstered from your lovely fabric. Can you still get the most economical shipping quote and also give me the top measurement from the flat side of the stool to the opposite flat side (so the narrowest points at the top). Thanks again for your prompt responses."

    April 5, 2016, 11:07 a.m.

  • "Hi Sasha: They are just shy of 19" from corner to corner (longest distance) they may be too short if you want a minimum of 20"?? Let me know if you are still interested and I'll get a quote to you today. I will be out of town Thursday-Sunday so am happy to get you any other information before that. Thanks again for you interest!"

    April 5, 2016, 5:13 a.m.

  • "I also wanted to clarify the dimensions of the stool tops. They are listed as 19" wide x19" long. Is the 19"measurement the distance from one corner of the hexagon to the opposite corner? Or is it 19" from one flat side of the hexagon (above the top of the arch) to the opposite parallel flat side? Really trying to get a sense of the scale. I initially speced stools that were 20" x 20" squares and like the larger size for this project. Thanks again for all your help!"

  • "Hello, was just wondering if you had a chance to get a shipping quote yet from your UPS store? I know you've only just returned and I hope you had a nice trip! I look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards"

    April 4, 2016, 10:55 p.m.

  • "Sasha S.: I don't think I can put them on "hold" but I can "delist" them, which I will do. I just wanted you to know that there are a few "splinter" or crack lines where the pieces of wood are glued together (run vertical) Not obvious unless you inspect closely, but I did notice them this winter as my 100-year old house is low-humidity! If you zoom in on the photos you can see them. I believe they are in "excellent" condition for their age, and I redid the cushions inside and out (all new material)."

  • "art en object: I am still interested and don't mind waiting for you to return. Are you able to put the stools on hold for me until I have the delivery quote? Thank you so much for your help and prompt response!"

    March 25, 2016, 11:52 a.m.

  • "Sasha S.: Hi there: If you don't go with Chairish whiteglove delivery I could check with my UPS store to see what the charge would be (including packing)--I can also ask Chairish what they would charge for UPS delivery. I am out of town until 4/2 but can let you know shortly after. Please let me know if you are still interested and I'll do the research. Thank you!"
