Ordered something that you or your client didn’t love? We’ve got you covered with Extended Returns. By paying an additional Extended Return fee when purchasing an item on Chairish, trade members receive 14 days to return the item “no questions asked” to Chairish with no restocking or return shipping fees. This new extended return window (beyond the regular 48-hour return policy) allows for peace of mind, and is applicable when you see the extended returns logo on items. Extended Return will be added at Checkout by simply selecting ‘Yes’ under the ‘Shipping Method & Coverage’ section. The fee will automatically be added to the total.
